1. Start by planning your learning activities monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
2. Ensure you identify the resources and support to implement the learning activity. (For example, discuss with your supervisor, line manager or chief engineer).
3. Determine how your success will be evaluated.
4. Undertake the learning activities and keep a log of the benefits of the learning activities
5. Reflect on your learning activity and record this in your CPD Reflection form.
6. Send a report of your CPD activities to Council for renewal of membership.
